1. INQUIRE & BOOK
You'll fill out my contact form and I'll be in touch with my collections and links to full wedding galleries. We'll also find a time for a phone call (or email if you prefer) to chat about your plans. Once you're ready, you'll sign the photo agreement and submit your retainer to officially book. If your collection includes an engagement session, we'll get that on the calendar and I'll send you my location guide to help you choose the perfect spot.

2. CONSULTATION
We'll talk about your wedding plans, your vision, and what matters most to you. I'll share more about my approach, my style, and now I document the day in a way that feels natural, honest, and true to you. Most couples choose a phone call, but I'm happy to stick to email if that feels better. It's all about making sure you feel informed, comfortable, and excited.

3. PLANNING & PREPARATION
In the months leading up to your day, I'll be here for all the details. From vendor recommendations to timeline creation and location advice, I'll help with everything that feels overwhelming. If you've booked an engagement session. I'll send you a style guide, outfit inspiration, and help with location scouting. I'm always just an email away for questions, check-ins, or last-minute ideas.

4. ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Your engagement session is a chance for us to get to know each other, create beautiful photos, and get you comfortable in front of the camera. I'll help with location and outfit ideas, and send a style guide and Pinterest board if you need it. During the session. I'll give gentle direction and prompts so it feels natural, fun, and true to you.

5. WEDDING DAY
I'll collaborate with you and your planner to make sure the photography portion of the day flows naturally. I'll guide you when you need direction, and step back when the real moments are unfolding. I'll help with posing and directing portraits, but I won't turn your whole day into a photoshoot. My goal is for you to be present, relaxed, and fully immersed in your celebration.

6. ASSOCIATE PHOTOGRAPHERS
Whether I'm photographing your day myself or one of my trusted associate photographers is beside you, you'll have the same point of contact, planning experience, and editing from me. Before the wedding, we'll have a Zoom meeting so everyone feels familiar and prepared.

7. AFTER THE WEDDING
Your full gallery will be delivered in 8-12 weeks, with preview images within 7 days (about 25-50 photos). You'll receive an online gallery with at least 50 images per hour of coverage, and a print shop is available through your gallery delivery platform (Pictime).
