Capturing Hayley and Anthony's wedding day at Brandywine Museum of Art in Chadds Ford, PA this past October was such a fun day. These two love birds were mostly looking for candid vibes in their photos, so that's what we went for throughout the day.
We started off with their first look along the river that runs through the back of the venue. It’s always a privilege getting to witness my couples see each other for the first time in their wedding day fits. It’s such a beautiful, intimate moment. Right before their first look, I always tell my couples that this time is completely theirs; they’re free to kiss, hug, chat, whatever their hearts desire, and I won’t step in for any directing until they give me the signal that they're ready for the next step.
Hayley and Anthony asked if I could take some polaroids of them as well, which was super fun to mix up the day with and give the newylweds some physical prints at the end of the night. Also, theirs was one of the first weddings since Brandywine's recent courtyard remodeling, so it was an honor to be one of the first photographers to document a ceremony amongst the new renovations. This was such a sweet day overall.
