Nicole and Dan's Engagement Session at Sayen House and Gardens - Hamilton Township, NJ

Sayen Garden in Hamilton Square, NJ was such a great spot for Nicole and Dan’s engagement session this past October. Between the long walking paths were gorgeous fountains, gazebos, bridges, and greenery, giving us a nice little variety for these portraits. The soon to be bride and groom had a super fun energy and were down to get creative with their photos. At one point, Nicole asked if she could get a little sassy and give the camera the finger… her ring finger ;) I told her abso-frickin-lutely, and it ended up being one of my favorite shots of the day. I always encourage my clients to be super vocal about their ideas, creating a fully collaborative vibe between us - the goal is for everyone's photos to reflect their authentic selves, which really comes through in Nicole and Dan's portraits.
